Attio: the CRM at the center

CRM · Free plan · from €36/mo

Every tool on this page feeds into Attio. It is the AI-native CRM built for relationship-led revenue: flexible object model, native workflows, and an API that plays cleanly with n8n, Clay, and everything else below. I'm an official Attio Certified Expert. It is the one tool I recommend without hesitation.

As an Attio partner, I can get you access to the platform, help you set up the right data model from day one, and make sure you don't waste weeks on a config you'll have to undo.

Common questions

Stack questions I get all the time

Attio is the default choice for relationship-led teams: VC funds, PE firms, agencies, and B2B SaaS companies that outgrew HubSpot or Pipedrive. It has a flexible object model, native AI, and an API that plays nicely with every tool on this page. I run it at the center of every GTM stack I build.

Lemlist is my go-to for multichannel (email + LinkedIn + WhatsApp in one sequence). SmartLead and Instantly are better for pure email volume at scale with unlimited mailboxes. If you need LinkedIn in the same sequence, Lemlist or LaGrowthMachine. If you need scale above 50k sends per month, SmartLead.

Clay is the most powerful: it composes waterfalls across dozens of providers and writes cleanly to Attio via API. For simpler enrichment at lower cost, BetterContact (best for EU phone numbers) or Fullenrich. For email-only at scale, FindyMail has the highest deliverability focus.

n8n is what I use on every client engagement. It is open-source, self-hostable, and the webhook/API handling is the cleanest of any automation tool. Make.com is a good alternative for teams without a technical person. Both connect to Attio via the REST API.

No. A typical early-stage stack is: Attio (CRM) + Apollo or Clay (leads and enrichment) + Lemlist or Instantly (outreach) + n8n (automation). That covers 90% of what you need. The rest are for specific use cases: signals, LinkedIn scale, visitor ID, meeting notes. Add them when the need is clear, not before.
