Decisions that survived contact with data.
Short notes from live builds. The move, the constraint, the result. Not thought leadership.
- 01 Identity conflict queue
Affinity people and companies with colliding emails or domains get parked, not overwritten, until a human picks the surviving record.
- 02 Advisor relationship backfill
194 PE advisors linked to deals after the inherited Attio workspace treated them as leftover CRM noise.
- 03 Column reconciliation before import
Credo’s source columns were mapped, typed, and counted before any Attio write. The import only ran after the reconciliation matched.
- 04 Native workflows, no glue
Fifteen native Attio workflows shipped in one day for a carbon-credit pipeline. Zero n8n. 156 accounts on cadence.
- 05 Multi-currency LP commitments
USD and BRL tracked side-by-side across LPs, commitments, funds, SPVs, and deals. Capital status is a field, not a spreadsheet.
- 06 Broker lists into one Investors object
1,032 investor records consolidated from broker-tagged lists. Deal value moved onto Deal records. Broker attribution survived.
- 07 Stripe customers without a second CRM
339 Stripe customers backfilled into Attio. MRR, plan, and churn live next to the sales record. Dedup watches 9,000+ people.
- 08 Event history without replacing the event platform
11,000 attendances and 117 events backfilled into Attio. The live event stack stayed. Three workflows handle onboarding, RSVP, and attendance.
