Most founders treat go-to-market like a sales problem. Hire reps, buy a tool, hope something sticks.
But pipeline doesn't come from motivation. It comes from infrastructure. The CRM, the data layer, the outbound delivery, the enrichment logic, the feedback loops. Get the engineering right and the revenue follows.

Week 1-3 / Audit
I map your entire revenue stack. Every tool, every workflow, every manual process nobody wants to talk about. The audit surfaces what's broken, what's missing, and what's costing you pipeline without you knowing.
Week 3-8 / Build & Fix
Critical path gets rebuilt. CRM restructured in Attio. Enrichment pipelines wired through Clay and Apollo. Outbound infra set up with proper domain rotation and deliverability monitoring. Reporting that actually tells you something.
Week 8-12 / Transfer
Your team takes over. Full documentation, hands-on training, and supervised operation. By the end, they're running the system, not watching me run it.
